Paganini

In 1830 the famous and highly acclaimed violinist Niccolo Paganini is at the height of his career. But not only his art on the violin is impressive, Paganini's private life also causes a stir: the rumours of his love affairs are bubbling over, many secrets and scandals surround the virtuoso. His manager Urbani adds to the wild speculation, as the talk helps to market his client. Only in London are people not enthusiastic about Paganini. In order to change this and force his first appearance in the metropolis, the British impresario John Watson and his mistress Elisabeth Wells risk their entire property. When the musician arrives in London, the enthusiastic journalist Ethel Langham hooks up with him to report on him as closely as possible.
